I know that painting caliper is very popular and I did mine with the help of many post on the forum. I am now looking to change the letter color on my engine covers. The factory color is red however I would prefer a bright yellow. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
You can buy letters from forum vendors like RPI designs or Southern car parts to name a few. You can also check fleabay, as most of the vendors lurk around that area.
Before I painted my FRC's yellow, I had the yellow decals. I now have red on my yellow FRC's.
Good Luck in your search

As for painting them its not hard if you have a steady hand. Since the letters are recessed you can use a small brush and go over the red letters with yellow paint. Using brake caliper paint would work or any high heat paint. I bet you can find the decals like has been mentioned also.

Well I did a quick search and did not find any yellow decals, mostly blue, red, white and chrome. I did find a few site that will paint the whole cover any color with any color lettering you want but that is more expensive.
I searched on "c6 fuel rail covers lettering"

One word of caution...because it is winter, make sure that you warm the covers up with heat from running the engine before you remove them. All the cracking has happened in the winter when they are cold. At engine temp, they are like noodles.
