Default 2012 Black GS emblems installed (2011)

Just finished installing the 2012 Black GS emblems. Thanks Kevin @ Partstaxi.

I think it looks good with the cyber gray considering I didn't have other pieces of chrome or polished metal other than the lug nuts.

Definitely an improvement over the chrome!



Chrome has its place in some automotive details, but not on the GS badges. I always thought the factory chrome badges were ugly until I saw variations without chrome.

The black GS fender emblems were not available when I changed out my chrome emblems .. So this is what I installed on my 2011 GS:

look up the gorilla black chrome wheel lock system and call discount tire and place an order. have them price match summit racing.

3 bolts hold the emblem to the fender. You have to remove the fender liner and reach inside.
