Lloyd Mats
A couple of months ago I ordered Corvette run mats. They came in with no problem. Today I get a letter from the CEO of Lloyd Mats telling me they are not satified with the quality of the mats, as the color stability of the emblems didn't meet Lloyds standards. In the letter was a check of the amount I paid.
You talk about costomer serviced. What a great company.
P.S. They didn't want the mats back.

Thought this was pretty awesome. Got my check in the mail today. Naturally I am already thinking what I should buy for my car that was already technically spent on it. :-)
