How DO YOU POST A PICTURE
If you have a picture in your forum album how do you get it to the post a new thread area.I have been trying for years to do this and it still does not show a picture.Is there a simple step by step way to do this task.Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks

upload your pictures to albums in that account
copy and paste the image code (the one that starts with [IMG]) from an image in your album into your forum post
Your pics will appear.
It's likely that the reason they do it this way is because this site probably doesn't want to be in the business of hosting thousands of gigs of pictures for people; it would cost too much for a site that people are able to join and use for free. You have to have the picture hosted either on your own website or through a site like photobucket so your images don't take up space on the forum webservers. When someone posts a picture on this forum (unless they are a type of user with attachment privileges) they are essentially just pointing to a picture that is stored elsewhere on the web.

Second PHOTOBUCKET and IMG link. But, be forewarned that, some settings allow anyone to view your entire album. I realized this the hard way....(Not a bad way, but someone let me know they were able to view every image in my album)
Make sure you set the album to private. Your IMG link will still show your photo, but prevent anyone from viewing the entire album.

If a picture is already hosted somewhere on the internet you can right mouse button click on the picture, choose properties and cut and paste the address into a thread using the image icon...
