That to me says its doable, but GM is declining to retrofit at this time.
Hi, could you please post a link to this article you're referring to? ( if there is one )
thanks!

Sir Chuck,
What can be done to or with a '07 C6 automatic to improve shifting in paddle mode?
(other than get a newer vette).
Thank you in advance.

There were lots of problems with COW delivering product and/or completing it a couple of years ago so he is no longer a forum vendor. I suggest you find a local tuner that is knowledge about the 6L80.

A handheld tuner , i.e. Diablo, can firm up and speed up shifts.

Let a good tuner take care of it. My paddles will work as normal with upshifts/downshifts, but I can put my foot in it and it will automatically upshift at the best rpm. ‘Tuning by Shane Hinds’ did mine.

Hi Chuck. Are the 2012 automatic transmission updates improved enough to make me only purchase a 2012, or 2013 automatic corvette over the 2008-2011 models? Or can the 2008-2011 models be tuned well enough they would compete with the shifting speed of the 2012-2013's?

Thanks for your time Sir.

My 2012 will squawk the tires on the 1-2 shift in sport Drive or with the paddles

Exactly. Cow hadn’t posted here since 2019 and he burned members here on the way out. Avoid at all costs. There are other places to get the trans tuned well. Vette Drs did my SC’d C6 A6 tune and it’s much quicker shifting and hits nicely.

That dude was a complete tool. I remember back in the day when he was pushing the **** out of his pedal commander he tried being sneaky on the HPTuner forums and get people to teach him to tune for free, because everyone kept calling him out for how little he knew. All he was really good at was running his mouth, mass-posting, and making excuses.

If you want a transmission tune, find a tuner in your area that knows what they're doing. Or, you can even travel. There are highly-skilled tuners across the country that will tune your car and can do a better job in their sleep than Chuck could in his "prime."
