Third time is the charm! First I tried the paint route, gloss black. It turned out great, looked bad against the ebony. Second was unsuccessful Dinoc. I gave up for awhile after that fiasco. Third....I bought some more material after seeing someone else successfully doing the project. I have had the material for awhile and I gave it a fresh try this morning. Success!
While I was in there I added the Nav mod to enter destinations while moving. Next up install my seat foam blocks!

I used Dinoc, but the liner did say scotchprint???
I did it all in one piece. The trick was to have a second set of hands to help hold the console, and keep the heat going. I was able to unstick it from it's self, and reposition it several times. there are no bubbles or wrinkles. Even the compound bends at the inside console storage box area worked out great!
