This was our first ever car show and I would to say thank you to everyone that offered advice!!!! We met a bunch of really great people and please forgive me if I do not get back with everyone; it was allot to take in. In the last two weeks the car was in the dealership 3 times because of a belt failure on the blower which took out the ac compressor, wiring harness, and water pump. We also had it at Richie's to get the front splitter replaced. Chris was the one who mentioned the Corvette Expo to us, so thanks Chris!! Anyway we got all this done plus the display in two weeks. All of the cars looked so good we did not figure we would win anything but we got lucky and took a second in class, I guess the judge took pity on us new guys.

I was in the booth with DSVettes. I had the big display for wind restrictors.

Oh yeah I did see that display! My brother wants to get one of those for his C6 convert. Did you hear that two cars hit each other when it was over. It was like a mad rush for the doors.

no I didn't, hell I was one of the last people out. I only saw my car 2 times during the show with having the booth. Tell your brother to get with me when he's ready on the vert and I'll see about getting him a great price.

That is great to know, I will pass the info along. He keeps buying stuff from the big local Corvette shops and they hose him to death.
