As many have offered , 303 Protectant, should not leave any streaking or white areas unless the product is overapplied or its working against another previous protectant. I would suggest using a damp towel with a little APC to wipe down all the areas. Then reapply the 303 and you should see different results. A nice matte surface.

They do offer a great Speed Detailer (outside) and also a great Fabric Guard product to protect carpets and mats. Their convertible kit is good also.
