Well, Now we have seen the Order Guide. The next thing I am interested in will be all of the prices... If I remember correctly wern't the Grey wheels about a $395 option. I wonder what the Black wheels will be priced at.

Mucho dinar o I'm betting. With the black wheel craze, they're gonna jump on the band wagon.
427 in a 1LT base coupe would be nice for us poor folks.
Rick had mentioned the 1SA, 1SB, & 1SC packages. This is more like the packages in 05. I would guess these would be like the 1LZ, 2LZ, and 3LZ of the Z06 packages.

I know, after the curveballs form 2012 we got threw, need to get ready for these....no problem, I have been ordering cars since 1995.....I am used to it, but you do have to pay attention!
Sounds good, if you will be able to order the LS7 in the Base wouldn't a stronger suspension and larger brakes come with it? Would the current base suspension is handle a 427? I'm thinking it would. I think todays base suspension is every bit as good or better as the 60's and 70's suspensions with 427s.

Those yesteryear 427s were cast iron big blocks (intakes, heads & block) and wieghed a bunch more than the all almunium (composite intake) LS7 small block 427 CID engines of today. I imagine the suspension in those old cars with the big blocks was beefed up over the small block cars. Today's LS7 prbably weighs in at about the same or less than the LS3, so yea, I imagine the base suspension could handle the larger hp engine.

I believe all 2013 Corvettes came with 60th anniversary door sill emblems, X flag emblems front and rear as well as 60th X flags printed on the speedo and tach gauges.

you’re on a roll for brining up threads that super old. This June is 6 years old and the other one was 8 years old. I think everybody in these threads have figured out what options they did or did not come with by now.
Consider me appropriately admonished. My apologies. I'll be more considerate of the thread dating from here on in...And be more thoughtful of my comments. Thanks for the insight.
Designer Imagines A Corvette That Looks More Like a Corvette Than the Corvette
Slideshow: A Jaguar designer's personal project imagines what a modern front-engined Corvette might look like if Chevrolet revisited the golden age of the Stingray.
