It's not a generation gap...I'm 27 and have no idea what he was saying.
Not being able to use English has nothing to do with being young. Honestly I thought maybe English was his second language.
I'm assuming he was using very, very poor english to say that he made 130 WOT runs? That seems like an insane amount to me. And possibly that he reached 168mph according to the car but 173 according to GPS?
I really have no idea, but that is my best guess at deciphering that garbage.
