trans or rear diff leak?
hey guys,
while under the car today, noticed the rear dif, or trans area, not sure exactly (or if its the same), but it was discolored and greasy. do these things leak? i couldnt really see leakage but the area was the only dirty place under the car.

The half shaft seals on the diff have been known to go bad. Mine are leaking, waiting for my service guy to get time to fix. Covered under the 100,000 mile drivetrain warr.
