Default Replacement Pedals

So, since purchasing my 2011 about 8 months ago, i've managed to put about 5000 miles on it so far. I drive it daily (being in CA). Yesterday, driving around in the rain, i managed to slip my foot off the clutch pedtal twice while going for it twice (with dress shoes which certainly didn't help). Has anyone found replacement pedals which have better grip? The stock pedals look to be made of metal, with no rubber at all. I'd probably prefer something that looks a little worse, but performs better. Also, i'm 6'4", and would like to keep the size of the pedals the same, to retain clearance for my feet, etc. Anyone have suggestions?? thanks!

I have the GM accessory pedals on my 11 GS. I like them, they are metal with small square rubber inserts and have had no problems with feet sliding off. Leather sole dress shoes are no problem.

I also have the GCA set. They look and work great. My car is a DD also.

Thanks for the direction, i found links for GM Parts Direct:

One last question about these though. I'm a little concerned about having some of the pedals "stick out" more than the others, because the link says they use "covers" for the brake and clutch, and then replace the gas pedal with a new one. They're expensive enough i would like to assume they're well engineered, but i'm cautious still.

Then there is a cover available for the dead pedal (for an extra $70). The dead pedal does NOT look to be the same aesthetically (the checkerboard looks different).

Can anyone (or RO55, appreciate the help), give some insight into this? I'm leaning towards not ordering the dead pedal cover, as i was really looking for functionality here (and it doesn't even look to match). Do the "covers" for the brake & clutch stick out much? Or should i stop worrying and just place my order?

I'd like to know the answer to this as well.

I have the dead pedal cover also. It matches perfect. The clutch and brake just slip over your stock pedals. Just heat them a little with a hair dryer. The dead pedal uses 3m tape to stick on. Works and looks great.
