Engine Hesitation

Any thoughts on this problem? I have an automatic, 2008 base model, I use premium fuel used. When I give it gas from a stop or slow roll the car hesitates for a half second and then goes on as it should. It does not do this all the time just a few times while out. The car does this even after the engine is warmed up.

I read the thread about the weak MAF sensor and I have the MAF sensor marked K9 which is supposed to be the good one.......................Thanks for your comments on this problem.

Try cleaning the sensor. If that doesn't fix it, replace.

Stock engine & exhaust? Do you have an aftermarket CAI, like a K&N?

Stock engine and air filter. I looked at the MAF sensor and it looks clean as can be unless there is dirt inside of it, but it appears to be clean and shinny. I did overlook the air filter. I will change the air filter tomorrow then MAF if it filter doesn't fix it.
