Passenger side mirror problem
Actual mirror(not base) shakes when I go over 60 mph. My friend gets in the car and slams the door every time, I think it knocked something loose in there. Anybody knows how to fix this?
Thanks in advance

The mirror has 5 posts that it connects to internally. If some of these have become disconnected then you could get some off shaking. One post is large and in the middle of the mirror. Two medium size posts control the movement of the mirror. And two other small posts attach and serve as position sensors for the mirror.

I have this same problem with my passenger side mirror. The glass is very loose.
I did a search (and this is the only thread in the C6 forum containing this issue). It seems nobody ever responded to this guy with a fix.
Perhaps you just push on the glass?

here is the insides, looks like to me that the 4 things i circled, sorta snap the plastic(and mirror) into place and hold it tight, might just be that holding a flat piece against the mirror and pressing might indeed snap together, if it actually feels like one is undone...

Thank you for the information, sir.
Just to update this for people searching for the same thing:
Sure enough, one of the "pins" was dislodged from one of the female receptacle fitting thingies. It was "number 1" in the above photo.
Using uniform pressure, I pushed on the mirror. Nothing happened. So, I pushed a little harder, and "THUNK!" it seated back into the fitting.
Everything is right in the world now - no more excessive vibration of passenger side mirror!

Is any of what you’re talking about in this picture???? I literally took my mirror apart to fix the wobbly mirror as I would drive! Did this just today. This is the actuators casing open, that move the glass up and down.
