So, I was reading in one of these posts when someone asked what problems one could have with the 2005. Someone mentioned that the dampener pulley/harmonic balancer wasn't tighten tight enough at the factory. So, my question is, if you checked the pulley to make sure it is tight and always made sure that the bolt was tightened with a torque wrench to specs ocassionally, would that cure the problem of the pulley coming loose and starting to wobble?
Good question, this could certainly help the situation a lot. I'm not sure if it will cure the entire problem. Maybe someone else can chime in with more info or you could do a search on "harmonic balancer wobbling" and you may find more info.

I recently had my harmonic balancer replaced under warranty because it wobbled badly. The new OEM HB has a very slight wobble it.
In researching the HB issues prior to replacement, it seems the wobble is fairly common with OEM HBs even with new OEM replacements.
If you do a forum search, you will encounter many posts concerning the HB issue.
