Has anyone changed to red stitching? Shifter, boot , seats, steering wheel, and e-brake boot. What do you do with the stitching on the console? Can it be dyed? Thinking of changing and was wondering.

I am thinking about doing the same thing. Lingenfelter can do it and so can katech. I have talked to both. For Lingenfelter go to their interior packages, for katech I just asked. hope this helps.
Some of my interior is cobalt red and ebony, some is just ebony with red stitching. DSVettes makes all of my leather pieces. Gerardo will make whatever you want.
You can buy all the parts from GM as all the parts you mentioned come in red stitching for 2012 centennial and 4lt packages. Or you can have a forum vendor like DSV or apsis do custom boots and various other parts with red stitching. I'm sure the center console can be restitched.
You can hardly do better than the CE interior, especially in 4LT form. And the best part is you can buy most of the Alcantara parts dirt cheap. Or even the regular ones, in 4 different stitching colors. But ebony with red looks super classy with no other changes. Only thing I added was Lloyd's mats with red binding, for a hair more contrast; it's hardly noticeable. And the best news for me was the CE edition has a black center piece, rather than the cheesy imitation C/F.
I upgraded e-brake boot/handle, shifter boot, console cover, console base, and radio bezel with DS Vettes. Outstanding quality and customer service.
Seats are by Caravaggio and will be installed in a couple months. Crappy phone pics. I also have DS Vettes steering wheel and Apsis airbag cover but no installed pics.
Another member's interior and what mine will be close to eventually.

Seems like a lot of trouble/expense to me. I originally ordered my ZO6 with red stitched all black seat's as the factory default. Later changed to gray bolstered/stitched seats before the car was built. Guess it looks ok, but no one seems to notice either way.

No disrespect, but who wold notice gray stitching? If it's not a bright contrasting color, no one will notice. Funny, a lot of people don't notice all my red, either. That's ok, I know it's there.
