For all you worry warts out there, I just completed the hinge recall on my 2011 Gs at Buds Chevy in St Marys OH. The vette tech Troy and his staff took great care and did an outstanding job with my car. Quality sales and service. Thanks Buds and Troy!

Rear hatch totally removed to access hinge. There was a previous thread with some folks freaking that damage would be done to car. Go to someone who has done multiple hinges and all will be good. Experience is paramount.
