I purchased one from Ray Kawal at kawal.net and it it works really well. You'll ned a GM PAL (Personal Audio Link) but I think he has those too. It took all of ten minutes to install and works really well.

Best unit out there. Besides how many will call you on the weekend if you have problems with the other ones. Ray walked me though a issue with mine and got it fixed. That is customer service you just won't get with the other ones.

Literally just finished installing the Kawal PAL ver 2...very straight forward install (I did a few things a little different from some of the posted install directions) and works great! Sound quality is soooo far superior with the PAL vs XM (I dumped XM due to cost and poor...flat...sound). Really like the control of the IPod via the NAV touch screen....
Here is the install of the PAL in the coupe...I found pulling back the read carpet/padding made for a easier install (accessing the XM module, installing PAL and wiring and running the cable from PAL module to center console>>>
I decided to run the IPod cable from the back of the console>>>
But heeding Ray's advice about smashing/pinching the delicate IPod cable installing in that location, I flanked the hole in the console where the grommet/cable are with these self sticking bumpers>>
What they did was to create a small space between the console and the car tunnel so when you bolted the console back down (only need to remove two rear 10 mm nuts not remove whole console) the cable would not be pinched etc.
So all is back together and Ray does an excellent job in packaging, make for easy install and the Ver 2 features are very cool>>>

Install was easy. Haven't tested it because the car has been apart (literally) for about a year.
