Speaker Grills
Does the upper door panel speaker grill pop off from the outside or do you need to take off the door panel and unclip them from the backside of the panel.
Then what is the part # of the driver's side grill.

You have to bend tabs to get it off, taking the door panel off, then the 3-washer nuts, a real PITA though. I have this as a step-by-step "sticky" in the audio section, under "Sound deadening and stereo install."

My rear speaker grilles were rattling, but fortunately, I was going to replace them anyway, so killed 2 birds with one stone. Reason for this post is to avoid that, you need to push as hard as you can on the grilles from the outside when reinstalling them, and push with a 'sharp' plastic pry tool (the ones that taper very thin at the end), and bend the tabs with the pry tool. If you just use your fingers, they'll be prone to rattling; trust me. Make sure grille doesn't move at all before reinstalling it. Hope this helps.
