Our 2009 Coupe has the Cashmere interior, and keeping the stock floor mats/carpets clean, is more work that I want.
We got a set of black with gray dots Cocomats for our 2006, later put them in the 2009 but they are coming unraveled on the driver side after about 60,000 miles total.
The Cocomats have a very deep weave that holds a lot of dirt without showing, a rubber bottom that keeps water from seeping through, and are thick enough to do some slight soundproofing. And I love how the dot pattern keeps them looking good without frequent cleaning.
But they are heavy, didn't last very long, and constantly shed little black "hairs". Fortunately, not curly
Does anyone make a floor mat (not rubber) that will have a pattern and performance like the Cocomats, without the disadvantages?
coco mats are the worse and not much worse than carpet. Not sure why you are against rubber, they are easy to clean, super-cushy and uber-protecting? I love my WeatherTechs and don't leave home without them!

To me, rubber doesn't look good because any dirt, sand, etc will just sit on top of the rubber and remain visible, even if there is a pattern for it to sit in. Something with an open weave like the cocomats, allows the crud to sift down into the material and disappear. Shake 'em out every few thousand miles and they always look like new.
depending on the body color, Jim, I might consider a darker tan/brown, red/brown from either Lloyds or Stratmosphere. I don't know a lot about the latter, but supposedly there's a lifetime guarantee.
Maybe that means when you go to return them because they wore out, they say, "Not ON YOUR LIFE!!!"
I don't know if either will last longer than the cocomats, nor do I think they have a pattern or two different colors. My take is that at the edges and at the heel, everything seems to wear out. Maybe a "lifetime" guarantee would help some.
I got the Weathertech mats a few months ago and love them. Every week or so I vacum the loose dirt out then wipe them with a wet rag for a couple of minutes without removing them from the car...
I have some Lyods Jake mats and the factory mats also but the weathertech seem to be more practical for me
BTW they make two types of mats, mine are the DigitalFit mats. Hard to describe unless you have seen them but they dont just lay flat on floorboard but kind of wrap around the floorboard area.

I traded 3 months ago my 2011 Sierra Denali HD with ebony interior for a 2012 Denali HD diesel with cocoa/cashmere and put the black all weather mats in. The ebony interior never showed dirt but I new the cashmere was going to be a nightmare. I know mines a truck but I'd have ebony in a car also, whether it was all weather or Lloyds.
