Any you C6 guys have an opinion on the value of a 2003 Anniversary 6 speed with less than 500 mi on. It looks new like it should but if you have an idea of what you think it is worth I would appreciate it. Thanks

Probably not as much as the owner thinks it's worth.Go to autotrader or look in your local paper and see what they are going for in your area.Maybe the c5 goes would have a better idea too.

You're asking C6 folks about the value of a C5. Should be no problem. Plenty of us owned C5s at one time.
I'll take a wild stab at it. Coupe for $25k...vert for $29k. Just wild guesses based on my experience with prices.

yes, there could be lots of issues...how was it stored ? condition of the fluids/seals ? tire rot ? interior defects ?
does the car run ?
all those things (and likely more) need to be ascertained before attempting to put a true FMV on the car...

It may be the one for sale here in Minnesota. They are lisiting it for $39,900 on the dealer website. They will probably be sitting on it for some time at that price. A car that old with that few miles is almost worse than if it had a few thousand on it at this point, unless it's just going into a collection. They are asking over 10K more than what it should sell for. JMHO.

Maybe the next to the last listing could be real, but I would need a lot more information and need to see the car in person.

I'm guessing the seller is asking a lot more than it is worth since he pretty much didn't drive it at all in almost 10 years. Go to Edmunds and enter its info.
That low mileage can also be a problem since the seals in everything could dry up.

I didn't realize just how rare these cars are not. Looks like 1/3 of the production that year had this package. Still my favorite C5.

Should be pretty easy to find one that has appropriate miles at a better price. Maybe this info will help the OP negotiate a reasonable deal. I guess I would say it's worth only a few hunderd dollars more than a 2003 or the last year 2004 in KBB.

Well 28 is not enough but I won't lose any sleep over it. I am not sure how he stored it or the gas used and the rest of the concerns. It was not close enough to his dream price he would even talk to me.
