Apologizing for a mistake doesn't make you better than someone who never made that mistake. The dealer tried to overcharge you. That doesn't make them better than a dealer who doesn't overcharge customers even if they voluntarily correct the overcharge attempt. I can understand being happy that a dealer corrected a $25 overcharge without being asked but it still baffles me why you would think that deserves a plug and thumbs up for the dealer. In my book a dealer who overcharges customers either intentionally or by mistake is not one of the better dealers in this world. Correct billing isn't rocket science.
