Not according to their website

The ContiComfortKit combines a powerful, high-volume, 12-volt air compressor, integral pressure gauge and a latex liquid tire sealant packaged in a compact, lightweight unit that's easy to store in the vehicle. (Kit is 9.5"W x 7"H x 3.75"D.) This product's sealant may interfere with the tire pressure monitoring sensors on vehicles with direct TPMS, possibly leading to error prompts and incorrect pressure readings. Use of this product on direct TPMS vehicles could also result in damage to the tire pressure sensor inside the wheel. Please contact your sales specialist at Tire Rack for more information

When I had my 2004 Z06 it came with a pump and tire sealant. Now have a 2011 base coupe, wonder if GM sells that kit, it probably would not harm the tpms since it came with the car. Did a google search but came up empty.

I strongly recommend the viair 85p with an adapter to go from cigarette lighter plug to alligator clips.

This slime kit is suppose to fill a tire in 7 minutes. Is this the fastest Slime Co. has? Corvettes have bigger than average tires.

Slime 70005 Safety Spair Flat Tire Repair System

Perhaps it's better to buy a unit like above from Harbor Freight then buy the Green Slime Sealant. Buy them separates rather than a complete kit from Slime Co. to get a faster air compressor.

Forget the sealant. It will only work with slow leaks anyway. The compressor will get you home or to the tire shop.

You should buy one that has a light on it. I have one and got a leak at night. The light was invaluable, or add a headlamp to your kit.

I carry a Viair 70P in the 'vette. It just plugs into the cigarette lighter and does a good job. Actually I have never used it for the Corvette, but have used it during the cold months to add air to tires on two of my other cars.

This is the one I use and it works GREAT! Nice long extension that plugs into your lighter socket. Comes in a very small pouch and fits easily into one of the rear storage compartments and hardly takes up any of the space.
