Adam's Leather & Interior Cleaner would be the correct product for interior trim. I use Adam's Leather & Interior Cleaner & it returns the dash/door etc. to the showroom clean & new look (not shiny). Actually, it's quite remarkable how well it works on the dash, considering it's some sort of soft touch plastic material that's hard to clean
Ultima Interior Sealant is great as it also locks out alot of the haze that ends up all over the glass and needs constant cleaning. If the pricing is too high, then 303 Protectant is nice for a matte surface. If you prefer clean and fresh only then look to 1Z Einszett Cockpit Premium.
I vote for the 303, works great. I've also used a LOT of different leather products and eventually settled on leather honey. Great stuff, a bit of a pain to use because it actually has the consistency of honey. Head and shoulders above anything else I've used:
I am a HUGE zaino fan (11 coats on my c5 before I sold it, I miss that car) BUT and don't shoot me for this, even though z10 is great leather honey is better. I do really like the smell of z10 though.
Coated Moldings
These moldings are around the hatch opening in the
rear area.
• When lightly soiled, wipe with a sponge or soft
lint-free cloth dampened with water.
• When heavily soiled, use warm soapy water.
Leather
A soft cloth dampened with water may be used to
remove dust. If a more thorough cleaning is necessary,
a soft cloth dampened with a mild soap solution can
be used. Allow the leather to dry naturally. Do not
use heat to dry. Never use steam to clean leather.
Never use spot lifters or spot removers on leather.
Many commercial leather cleaners and coatings that are
sold to preserve and protect leather may permanently
change the appearance and feel of your leather and are
not recommended. Do not use silicone or wax-based
products, or those containing organic solvents to clean
your vehicle’s interior because they can alter the
appearance by increasing the gloss in a non-uniform
manner. Never use shoe polish on your leather.

Exactly what I found when I used that Maguiers product.
Thanks for this post. I tried that stuff once since purchasing my C6 and was very dissatisfied with the result...very streaky. After reading your post, I went down and wiped down the doors twice (the only place I'd applied it) with a damp micro-fiber cloth and already it looks better. Streak-free and not as glossy...works for me.
