Default Help!!
I just replaced the harmonic balancer on my c6 and now won't start. The battery has juice. All acc turn on. But it won't start. It's weird. All the acc work even with the fob not in the car. Anything I should look for?

We can actually jump it the relay and it turns on but shuts off right away.

...disconnect negative battery cable, wait 10 mins, and then re-connect ("re-booting" car's computer control systems) ?
Watch out not to lose that conical nut...

(I have no other ideas !)

if it's a manual,is the clutch all the way down?Are you getting clicks when you try to start?

Define "won't start" Won't turn over or turns over but will not fire or fires but will not run?

It's and auto and from inside it won't turn over but jumping it, it will. I'm with a friend that's a mechanic but we both have never really touched a c6. We thought it was just gonna be replacing the balancer. Not all this.

Nvm. Problem solved. Loose connection on a sensor.

Did you take the starter off when you did the balancer? Make sure the connection at the starter solenoid is a good one.
