MPH Speedo Change??

I live in Canada and have a 2007 Corvette that was originally sold in Atlanta. Obviously it has the conversion to KPH but I was wondering how are it would be to change out the gauge display....it goes to 200 but the Canadian sold vehicles I believe go to 320?

Has anyone every done this....do you have to change out the whole cluster or can you just the dials some how?
