Could you consider simply driving the car in to the garage? This would keep the nose on the incline both in and out and you have more clearance in the rear.
I replace mine once a year. It helps if you go up and down inclines at an angle. As previously said, all 3 parts cost about $100.00. I get mine from GM Parts House. It takes about 20 minutes to do it yourself.
Used to have this problem as well- driving in at a 45 degree angle helped. Hopefully it is just the black plastic that's dragging, which as others have noted, is not big deal (just sounds awful!).

It's normal for it to scratch and it does on every driveway anyway. As I inspect underneath car I can see scratches elsewhere on the frame and don't know where those came from. It goes along with owning a car that is low. Next time I'll get a muscle car with higher clearance.
there are adjustment bolts, if you think you only need 1/2" to 1 ", you can have then turned clockwise to raise car. 4 turns will get you just over 3/4". there is a description and pic somewhere on here for doing it, forget where i found it.

Folks, the 3-part 'spoiler' does not hit on inclines; it's the more expensive chin spoiler. DO NOT back into an incline on a low car . Best way to avoid contact is entering at an angle, as previously suggested by some. If it hits like that, then you're screwed. You can always put different leveling materials, like some do, but at least my wife wouldn't approve of them . I've always avoided houses with inclined driveways, but once you live in one, cannot fix it until the next . Good luck.

Join the club, my friend! Same thing with my GS, the scraping you have is just the lower air dam under the radiator, and it's pretty much a wear item. The part is in 3 pieces and costs about $100. That being said, my driveway is fairly steep, and there's really nothing I can put in the concrete drain area where my driveway meets the street, so mine always scrapes just slightly, and that's going out at a pretty good angle. Really, nothing to worry about.
I agree with cranking up the suspension height and cut an inch off the air dam with snips .
At times you can't slow down to enter a driveway in traffic , end up bouncing the frame brackets off the cement .

Man, I hate it when the radiator supports hit the pavement. Happens more than I would like, and my car is not lowered.
However, when the air dam scrapes, it just another one of those endearing C6 sounds . . .
