I just had my VCIM replaced on my 2011 for a different Bluetooth issue. I suspect the same remedy will work for you. Vehicle Communication Interface Module.
I went to the dealer asking for a new microphone. The service manager asked me to let them diagnose the problem which they did. This was their fix and it seems to have worked. I am blessed with an excellent dealer. Farrell Chevrolet in Spartanburg, SC.

We've had two set of phones (Samsung dumbphone, and Iphone 4S) with our 2009. Each set was easily paired to the car and worked fine for a few weeks. Each set, the car deleted one or both phones a few weeks later for no reason. With the Iphones, it even deleted mine and "re-paired" the old (discarded) Samsung phones.
I cant my bluetooth to receive calls through the stero speakers on my I Phone
This happens to me as well with my iPhone4. Outgoing is fine but whenever I receive an incoming call it redirects to the phone. The incoming call still rings via bluetooth, but once answered the call switches off the system (not so for outgoing). What I've had to do is whenever I immediately answer the call, I tap the 'General Motors' button on the iPhone screen, and then after a couple of seconds the bluetooth is working fine.
