i gotta go outside and look at how where the bolt is , i was trying to read this write up and just doesnt make sense less ur looking at it ur self lol

Yeah, I just lowered mine today and while it did go a bit lower, it wasn't significant.
You can get bolts from WCC for $50 that go lower (less bushing)

Lowering can change the suspension geometry if you go too far. You could use something like LG Drop Spindles which preserves your geometry. It is the only way to really lower a car with an F55 suspension, since you can't use coilovers.

Lowering the car with the adjustment bolts will reduce your available suspension travel. You can end up bottoming the suspension, especially on one side if you hit a bump while cornering.

I've seen suspension gurus say that lowering a little is good, lowering a lot is bad.
