Just take an LS9 block and shorten the stroke down a wee bit so you are at 5.0 L. Switch out a few of the other internals, naturally aspirate it, tune it to about 500 hp and DONE with bullet-proof Chevy go power. Stick that motor in an out-sized racing kart chassis just behind the seat and then clad the thing in light-weight composite materials painted purdy. Badge it and you are good to go. That was my thinking.
