Hi everyone,
I have a C6 2006 Z51 with a 427 built iron block, 2008 C6Z rear diff and a transmission. The rear diff and the tranny are stock but my question is what can I do to make my rear diff stronger "without paying a built rear diff"? for example I have one of my friend gave me a suggestion with the a diff brace and after market tranny mount. So what do you guys thinks? and I would love to hear from
I would think if its good enough for a c6z that you would be just fine
Also I forgot to tell you that I have Twin turbo kit installed in the car and I am still breaking-in the engine. So my goal is 700-800rwhp and my motor is good for 1200+rwhp. So know what do you think ?

Leave it alone and you'll be fine. I put close to a 1000 low 10 second passes on mine at the track (LS7/A6/Z06 diff combo) before it needed rebuilding and even then the ring and pinion were still in excellent condition.

Is that air under that front passenger side tire? With the stock rear end?

I bought the car brand new in February of 2007 and started racing with it in August of that year. My times so far have ranged from a 12.8 that night to the 9.950 I ran with it in December of 2009.
I actually started racing way back when I was 18 with my 1970 Chevelle but only did it sporadically since then until I got back into it hardcode with the Corvette.
In total I probably have at least 2000 passes on the car but have gone through 4 engines, 8 transmissions, 5 differentials and one torque tube in the process. Oddly enough though I'm still running my stock original halfshafts which have close to 90K miles on them now.
