Experience talking...best mods for the money
Here is 6 years of experience on modding.
Graph 1 - stock 1/4 mile 12.97@109 - 1.9 60 foot
Graph 2 - headers+vararam+tune+3.90 gears, 11.81@119, 1.7 60 foot
Graph 3 - above+LG G5x3 Cam, 11.54@121, 1.6 60 foot
Graph 4 - above+FAST 92+skinnies+4.10 gears-10.99@127, 1.51 60 foot
Graph 5 - above + used AFR 205 heads - 11.81@128, 1.44 60 foot
Here is a graph of the mods...the important takeaway to me is that only headers, CAI, tune and gears matter at any RPM...you feel all those mods on the street or at the track.
The other mods really matter only above 4500 RPM which you don't get on the street.
Another fun time in the 6 years in this car was the Miami Mile event...hitting redline in 5th with 4.10 gears is 185 mph...that is a thrill.
