Take it back to where you bought it and let them fix it under warranty. Then go take some typing and spelling lessons.

"and it runnung real rough", (and it was running real rough)
"I was only two mile" (miles)
"this is my secong problem" (second)

Just trying to help.

I think that problem was identified and fixed by the engineers and Bowling Green by the time the 2010's rolled out.

No problem Rooster. We all make typos. I certainly make my share.

Wow, I'd be upset too! As others have said, it is probably something quick to diagnose. Just take it to your dealer and let them take care of you.

Good luck and welcome to the forum.

We get it. But you should understand that making the effort to put together a good clear post about your problem is the best way to get good responses. When we see posts with a lot of mistakes, we don't usually think "big fingers" but rather "sloppy effort". Don't take it personally, just trying to help.

This is too weird. I just left a restaurant as well and my check engine light came on too. Solar flares maybe... Like the op, 2010 with 2100 miles. Runs ok though. Checked the gas cap and its ok. I guess the next step is call the dealer and schedule a service appt.

Glad you found the problem, when the Websters Dictionary crowd shows up most of the time it's because they have little mechanical aptitude...otherwise they would help as others did.....just ignore them.

I looked at the plug wires and all looks well but was waiting for the engine to cool before I stuck my big hand down there to check if they were loose. The engine ran fine on the way home and idles smooth. I'm hoping just a plug wire...

Glad you found/fixed your issue.

This Forum is a great source for first hand experience in problem solving.

Congrats on your "new" car.

This happened to my 2010 GS as well. The problem was a defective accelerator pedal sensor that communicates with the throttlebody. It was fixed under warranty.

Just a reminder:

The Forum should be a place where we treat one another with civility so that it remains a fun and friendly place to hang around with other Corvette enthusiasts. Hostility to others is rude and inappropriate.
