Installed the carbotech CT1185 brakes on my 2012 GP yesterday and the brakes work great - BUT when stopping say from under 20 mph to stop they make a loud schrecking sound. Any ideas what I might have done wrong????

Proper bedding instructions for the Bobcat 1521 Compound :
1.Brake from 60mph down to 30mph about 4-6 times.
2.Then let your brakes cool for about 2-3 minutes while driving.
3.Repeat step # 1.
4.Allow the brake pads and discs to cool down to ambient temperature (about 30 minutes or more).
NOTE: Proper bedding of pads & rotors will result in greater performance and longer pad & rotor wear.
Mine are doing the same and the bed in procedure was done ... Slight screeching under 10 mph . Performance is fine. The dust is a little better .. I have about 900 miles on mine
I'll call Adam at Carbotech, I did the proper beeding per instructions. When the brakes are cold, there is no noise but once the brakes get warm they start screeching and it's a loud sound .

Is there any reason you must be going 60mph? I mean, can you instead go from 35 to 5mph?

I put Hawk HPS on mine and they do the same. Especially after they have been used a while. If I wash the car the noise goes away, but as the brake dust builds back up the sound comes back. Harder braking eliminates it.
