Default Labor Day Weekend Thread

Lets hear it! Who's doing what, with their vette's over the holiday weekend?

Myself and the girl are going to do the drive to and from Estes Park tomorrow. Hit Drake on the way back I think. It's a fun little cruise through some windy roads.

We're golfing Sunday, so I'll take the vette for that as well.

Hope everyone's holiday is safe and enjoyable!

As usual, will be driving my CNA employee 75 miles in the Vette to my sister's house to help her take care of my mother. Then will visit my mother and both sisters Sunday.

I am doing the same thing I do pretty much every weekend in the summer. take my vette and a hot blonde (most of the time) to the marina, drop my boat in the water and party all day. Then go home and sit in the hot tub for a while and then........well you know the rest of the story.

College Football!!! First home game of the season tomorrow. Probably will give the Vette a good washing before going to the game but I doubt I'll drive her down to the stadium. She'll be clean and ready to cruise Sunday and Monday!

Vette will come out. Take a ride with my son and go to his football game. Clean her up and hit the family BBQ. Oh yeah, maybe some college football.

Weather permitting, with the remnants of Hurricane Isaac around, I plan on driving tomorrow down to the Nat'l Corvette Museum in Bowling Green for a visit to it, the travelling 9/11 Memorial, and a presentation at 9 am from the FBI agent in charge at Ground Zero that day...

She'll be hiding from what's left of Isaac as it makes its way north.

Cruise in tonight.

Tomorrow: clean the garage where I keep my Vette and my fathers and one motorcycle.

Sunday: clean the garage attached to my house where I keep my Durango and other motorcycle.

Monday sleep off a big hangover and attempt to do laundry and clean the house.

Tuesday-Friday will be rough.

I just don't know how you can stand the monotony of it all.

Cruise nights and car shows abound unless we get Isaac's (expected) leftover rains!

We will probably take a drive and hit some areas of AZ that we have not been to yet. Fire up the BBQ and listen to some blues while floating aroung in the pool.

Mine will be in the garage with me watching football games Indycar and Formula one racing. We are expecting the hurricane weather to reach here this weekend and 6-10 inches of rain. So baby stays in the garage. I might throw a coat of wax on 'er though........
