does anyone know where I can get a downloadable file of the corvette logo screen that comes on the radio screen when you start the car ? Would like to up load it to my new kenwood that i just installed.

If you don't get an answer, the Kenwood forum has a bunch of splash screens available. I think any bitmap works as long as it's the right size, 800x 480 I assume, so whatever Google image floats your boat would be transferable once converted to the right size.

If you have a 2012 Kenwood model, the customization procedure is difficult. There are two screens, one for boot up, and then the main screen. Look at this thread for some help:

I have the same issue. Kenwood DNX 9980 unit. I'm able to post a bacground image but not a logo screen that appears at start up. Need me some directions if you can help

I have a pioneer, AVH-X5700 and im getting ready to try this... So ive never used/or resized a pic.. Can any posted here , be correct for my screen
Im 7 inch, - 800X480 ?
And looking to use maybe one of these

the top pic is 800 x 480 but the bottom was not...

i resized it to 800 x 480 here... (you want to save it, right click it and save as whatever on your pc)

Got it... Thanks.. I put the first pic i posted in... All this time i didnt think my H.U. had the option... lol
Took me a few tries but got it.. Now if i wanted to add a diff one,, can you add more, and then pick.. ? which one to use ?
