We'll be there.. great event. Sometime we need to figure out a meeting/eating time/place & all CF members meet there. It would be fun to meet some of the people here on the forum. Tonya

A forum member named NATE, has set up a few meeting near the show on Saturday a few times. One time there were about 6 of us that showed up. I've found that during the show on Saturday, time will slip up on you and you will forget about the meeting, but it's a good idea. We will just have to do it. You being a woman might inspire more to show up.

Yeah....once I saw it in print...I knew I had goofed up, but he (LMB-Z) had already went the other way, so I didn't bother to change it. I'm always going North to get there, so I said South, of the top of my head, but it is East. It's easy to get turned around with all the curves.
Went last year, second time. Stayed all week in a time share cabin in Branson. Only an hour drive and fun roads, Don't let going out a ways for hotel scare you, there is lots of interesting exploring to be done.
Hi neighbor!
Some members of our club (Lookingglass Corvette Club of Southern Illinois) are going to Eureka Springs 4-7 October. I hear it's a great trip.
Some day I'll take the trip too...
Have fun!!

You should go! And say hi to Jim Sheppard in your club, he's a friend of mine. I've also road tripped with him in Eureka Springs to the War Eagle Mill.

We will be staying at the Eureka Suites, which is right next to the car show. We are always sitting out front, Stop by and say hi. That goes for anyone elso too! Just ask for the Subway guy!
We will be in the blue Corvette...if you see us, wave.
Gonna take the computer so if a meeting gets set up somewhere, we will try to be there. Would love to meet some of the forum members. Really looking to get in a convoy if anyone is going on Friday.

I will make a point to do that. I assume you are going to have a bunch of Subway Sandwiches there...right.
I met LMB-Z (Reggie) at a show in Jefferson, Texas. He has a very pretty blue Z.
Most of our club (Central Arkansas CC), including myself, are staying at the Rodeway Inn/Swiss Holiday Resort, which is across the street (West) of the Land of Nod. If you nose out on the econo run to the street you are looking at the Rodeway Inn.
The first thing we do is pull all the chairs out of the rooms and put them on the balcony, then sat with our feet propped up and watch the Vettes go by. Yeah, I know, it's a tough job, but somebody has to do it. I'm upstairs on the South end. It doesn't seem like it would be the South end, but it is. Like I said, those curves will turn you around.
When you drive your wife downtown to spend some money and see us up there with our feet propped up....honk.

There's a place in town, going towards damn past the 62 23 intersection that fixes a good breakfast. Can't remember the name of it, but it would be a good spot. I could research further is there's any interest.

Sounds OK to me. It probably would have to be on Friday morning, because a lot of the guys will be up early cleaning their cars on Saturday.

Is Mr. Subway Jim Shepard coming this year? Went with your group to Mackinac a few years back. Had a great time.
