The 2013 model run is also scheduled to start production in May 2012. The first consensus cycle for the 2013 model run is targeted for March 2012, with the first opportunity to submit orders into production occurring after the conclusion of the March consensus cycle.
The 2013 Corvette production period is expected to run for approximately nine months.

I'd say the latest you could order a 2013 would probably be sometime in November.

Actually, this has been updated since then. Here is the most current info:
All, Chevrolet has updated some key dates in reguard to Corvette orders:
1. The last day for unallocated sold orders is now October 26th. This is the last day a dealer can order a presold Corvette outside of their assigned allocation of cars.
2. Chevrolet has ADDED an additional month of production on Supersonic Blue. It will now end production in mid-November. The last week to submit orders for Supersonic Blue is now September 27th-October 2nd.
3. Inferno Orange ordering is now finished. If you didn't get yours ordered, sorry.
4. Final buildout of all C6's is scheduled for mid-February
