Default LS2 Intake Performance?

Any comparison reviews of the LS2 intakes available on todays market?
I am considering swapping out my original intake. I prefer an intake without the mfrs. name cast into it. Does one exist?
I read somewhere by simply porting the original intake gave a modest improvement.
Thanks

i thought someone offered the FAST with the name ground down

i put the Peak ported intake on the wifes 05
gotta say, quiet impressed considering it was less then the FAST

seems the FAST will get the most power, but for general all around street driving for the $$ spent, i'm happy with the Peak ported LS2

i also went that route because the plans at that time were gonna be an E-force
but good ole uncle sam nix'ed that idea (hey someone has to pay up in this economy where hand outs are given)

You are probably looking at 10-12 rwhp with a stock fully ported intake and about double that with a fast. You can sell your stock ls2 intake on here or ebay for 250-300 so it makes going to a fast that much more attractive.

Like many of the other fast owners I prefer the look of the fast over the stock intake. Add the anodized fuel rails and it's car ****. You could always get it powerdercoated in the color of your choosing as vendors on this forum offer that option. It would make the logo less conspicuous.

If you have any future plans of supercharging it's best to stick with the stock ported intake over the fast.
