What are the down sides, if any with letting the homecoming queen ride on my C6 convertible? I've been asked and didn't know if it would hurt the car.

Well, you would have to take some precautions. No high heals on the seat. Put a microfiber towel on the tonneau cover where she is going to sit. And don't complain if the car gets scratched or damaged.

Make sure you're clear that you will be the one driving. Someone on here had a pretty funny story where they thought they would be driving but the school wanted the prom king or someone else to drive. They also wanted to hand out ice cream bars which were not allowed in the car

Have her sit in the seat and ride normally.

I thought about doing this a couple of times, thank goodness they had enough cars and i did not...in retrospect, not a great idea, I would not do it.

Our Club has been doing this for many years. We do six or seven homecomings each year and usually provide 8 to 10 cars for each one. We use mats to protect the seats and car where the girl sits. Never had any kind of damage. We do all the driving.

This may not answer your question but it may just give you some in sight.

Pu**y has brought down more leaders of countries, more heads of state, more presidents, more people of notoriety, more sports figures, more millionaire & billionaires, more world famous people than anything else on this planet. I hope this helps you make your decision.

Agreed, these are 14 to 18 year old girls, about 75 to 95 lbs. They are more afraid of scratching your car than you are of them scatching your car. Of course they take their shoes off and ask permission for every little thing. I have a 2011 GS vert and have never had a problem....usually It is the daughter of someone I went with to school or someone at work. The joy they get is priceless.

I have driven in home coming parades in the past and the passengers were very respectful of the car and there were never any problems.
