npp exhaust problem

Default npp exhaust problem
My npp exhaust are stuck in the open position.I assume its a stuck cellinoid(spl). Anybody have a schematic of the system or can tell me where the cellinoid is. Any other help would be nice. Thanks.

Almost certainly a vacuum leak. Start at the tailpipe actuators and check the tubing as far forward as you can for a crack. Here's a prior thread with some add'l links that may help:

Check the fuse. If the fuse is blown. It's the same as removing it. If it not the fuse check for a vacuum leak.

That's great. I was gonna ask the original poster what the problem is. I have NPP and I don't think it's ever been in quiet mode.

Speaking of the NPR: is it possible to route the exhaust with fuse pulled through all four exhaust pipes? My two inboards are black, outboards like new

no ....

Actually exhaust does go through all 4, but it is going to go the path of least resistance, which is yours (and ours too) black pipes.
