I looked in your profile to get some info about the model year of your car, trim level, etc., as well as where you're located - but there's nothing there!!
So.....what year is your car, and do the seats have side airbags??
The search function works well to find other cases - here's one such thread:

I sent that guy one of the seat back frames I have, and I still have one more from the passenger side. The only difference is the mounting bracket for the side airbag. It's just a small metal bracket that is pop riveted on the side of the seat. You could easily take the one off your driver's seat and rivet it onto the passenger seat I have (holes are already in the seat back frame I have, because the same seat back is used for both seats), or if you don't have side airbags just remove the bracket completely.
Here's a picture of the seats, and you can see the metal bracket with a side airbag attached:
So, depending on where you are, shipping would probably be similar to the one I sent to the other guy.
If you want the seat back I have, $50 plus shipping - a total of approximately $75.
I also have the side airbags if you need one or both.

I'm having an issue with my driver-side seat back. Is your seat back completely broken? I can set the position on mine, but it will occasionally fall/recline to a laid back position.
Have you taken your car to a dealer and if so, what did they say?
