Default sequential turn signals

Anyone running the ones from corvette mods. That also have their switch backs and eagle eye led taillights?

My question is do you get hyper flash after the blinker has been in use for more then say 10 secs?

I bought a used kit from another member on here ( not cv mods kit ) one harness ended up being broke. but the other one worked so i was seeing how they look. I don't have hyperflash bc i have the resistors. But after the blinker was in use for like 5-10secs it began to hyper flash. Couldn't understand why less it was also bad.

personally, i don't like the seq turn signals on the vettes because theres only two lights on either side. It just looks to me like they are alternating blinking instead of sequentially "stepping" like a 3 light system looks... (if that makes sense to you ) I've only seen one a long time ago on a 2005 c6 so im not sure if they improved how they flash since then, but thats why i never looked into it, just didnt look right....

ya it makes sense looks cool when you brake tho. since the outter is delayed. not as cool as 3 taillights, but def diff.

If there were three lights per side then maybe. With 3 per side you have seq....with 2 you have alternating....which would look bad IMO

C'mon, you do have to admit that is an old guy term like Rustang and Fix Or Repair Daily.

You are absolutely right about the seq tail lights being a Ford deal tho.

Yes, they are a Ford thing, first seen in the 65 Thunderbird........buy hey they are still cool ......I don't see them adding anything to a two light system, and look like a malfunction of the turn signal system on a Corvette.

Been running them for years. The 2 lights do give a sequential look. I have LED lights. I do not get a hyper flash. Looks cool with hazard lights. I also have a hyper flash on my 3rd brake light.

I have the eagle eyes LED and they do work, no problem. However, as the others have said, without the 3rd tail lights, the effect is pretty lame.

Keep checking the BST C6 section of the forum. They do come up for sale regularly. I think there was a set listed this week - maybe sold. Try a search. I got mine used and paid half of list price. Glad I did not pay the full Corvette Tax for this mod.

Got to agree with the above poster that the center brake flasher is worth the $. Get the plug and play version. That one I paid the full retail as it was worth it.

Small tidbit: On the factory-installed systems (e.g. older Thunderbirds and Cougars, present day Mustangs), the lights don't operate sequentially when the brakes are applied or when the 4-way flashers are used. The sequential function only operates when the turn signal is used.

I saw the sequentials on a Vette. They're weren't alternating; they started on the inboard light and worked outward to the outside light, then both went off at the same time and continued this sequence until canceled.

No one pays attention to driving only their phone or hair or makeup......

i've seen them on the website, trust me, around here an idiot looking down at their phone while right on my bumper would see the bright light go off (even for a millisecond) and without looking up start moving. I see it all the time and they slam on the brakes, im not taking a chance on stupid people..... lol But im not saying no one should buy them, just me.
