How do you get to the center speaker on the dash ? Does that grill that covers it just pop out or is it more involved than that.Is there a trick to it I don't want to damage anything just to get to it.

It's held in by 5 or 6 pop-in clips. Just pry up from around the edge and keep going around. Be careful because it is a flimsy part.
