Tremendous potential. Can you imagine what that will do to the car radio market.

Instead of a $2k Kenwood you can get an iPod mini, with a few interfaces, and have twice as much capability at 1/2 the price.

I have been thinking about upgrading my OEM radio to a Kenwood, but maybe I’ll wait another year and see what comes of this.

would need to see what all we would need to do to get it to work and look good. Would need to get one and do some messing with. Good news is I just bought a 2012 GS Vert from Criswell so will now have a C6 to mess with to do stuff like this for you guys.

I will get a sneak preview of the new Kenwood next week.

I would be all over this for my vette. The ipad mini is SO much cheaper than the in-dash units and yes it does WAY more. Please someone come out with a kit for this!

I don't think and iPad mini will hold up to the tempature extremes of a car environment. Needs to work when tempatures are well below freezing and more than 120.
