2012 GS TPMS Learn Mode???
I'm putting my OEM tires and wheels back on with my OEM TPMS sensors.
QUESTION; how do you get the car into "Learn Mode"?
I tried the fob Lock & Un-Lock buttons pressed at the same time but no horn cherp. Are the Late models different than '10 and older??
DO NOT need any advice on the TPMS calibration tool....I'm good on that. Just looking for how to get the @#$% thing into "Learn Mode"

Not sure of the 12' model, as have a 06' model and Bartec tool, and no problem. Believe 10' was the only model that was different. Better get that checked out, as every car 08' up sold in the U.S. uses TPMS now. Do know if leaving the keys inside the car while doing this, keep the windows down, or might get locked out.

Watch the video below.
The first thing you need to do is put the car into the ACC mode (push bottom of ignition button to get yellow light by ACC illuminated).
THEN push and hold both the lock and unlock buttons on the fob.

During the relearn procedure the DIC in a C6 will say "Accessory Mode On". There's nothing in the DIC indicating the learn mode is active.
Open the door of your car, make sure the fob is in the cockpit, push the bottom of the ignition button to get the yellow light by ACC illuminated, and check the DIC to see "Accessory Mode On". Then push and hold both the lock and unlock buttons on the fob until horn honks - that is the only confirmation that you're in the learn mode - the DIC still says "Accessory Mode On".
I always have the fob in the cockpit when I'm pushing and holding both buttons, and I leave the fob on the console.
I ALWAYS LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN WHILE DOING THE RELEARN PROCEDURE - YOU CAN LOCK THE FOB IN THE CAR IF YOU CLOSE THE DOOR WITH THE FOB INSIDE!!
If your car won't go into the ACC mode, then yes, you have a problem!!!

Pretty sure the proceedure is the same for all late model GM cars, as done this on my daily cars, for wheel rotations, ext. BEZ06(Bob) knows TPMS, as helped me out a few times. Also, bought/sold some things with him, and ethical as they come.
