Okay, I've come to asking since I'm clearly not getting it. How the hell do I stop the easy entry/exit? Yes i have read the manual, and I have it turned of on the DIC, but seats and column still move when I enter the car. They no longer move when I exit though. Is it because I'm using the easy entry with the fob and not hitting the unlock button? I have also tried to program it by holding the middle button in the position I drive so it doesn't move, but no luck, both seat and column still move all the way back. Feeling defeated enough to raise my hand to ask here...
First did you look in the owners manual to see if you can disable it? If there is nothing there why not set it where you want it for driving and set the memory for the exit at the same location. That way when you shut the car off and open the door the set and steering wheel will remain as is.

Select No and the Memory Recall is turned off.
The above should do it....
I remember when we picked up our 07, whoever drove the car before us must have been hight challenged, because when we got in the car it would move up so being 6'4" tall had to move it back , get in it would start on the way forward...got home and turned the darn thing off... takes a while to find the sweet spot for all the settings for two people in these cars....
To stop it you want to set the personalization options in the DIC as follows:
Auto Memory Recall (Automatic Transmission
only): If your automatic transmission vehicle
has the memory package, you may have
this option. This option allows the driver’s seat, the
telescopic steering column, if your vehicle has
this feature, and the outside rearview mirrors to
automatically move to the current driver’s set
position when the engine starts.
Press the OPTION button until AUTO MEMORY
RECALL appears on the display, then press
the RESET button to scroll through the following
modes:
• YES
• NO (default)
If you choose YES, the driver’s seat, the outside
rearview mirrors and the telescopic steering
column, if your vehicle has this feature, positions
are recalled when you turn the ignition on.
If you choose NO, this option will turn off.
When the mode you want is selected, press the
OPTION button to set your choice and advance to
the next personal option.
Auto Exit Recall: If your vehicle has the memory
package, you may have this option. This option
allows the driver’s seat and telescopic steering
column, if your vehicle has this feature, to
automatically move to the current driver’s exit
position when one of the following occurs:
• The vehicle is turned off or in Retained
Accessory Power (RAP) or accessory
mode and the driver’s door is opened.
• The vehicle is turned off or in RAP and the
unlock button on the keyless access
transmitter is pressed.
In order for the Auto Exit Recall feature to work on
an automatic transmission vehicle, the vehicle
must be in PARK (P). On a manual transmission
vehicle, the parking brake must be set.
Press the OPTION button until AUTO EXIT
RECALL appears on the display, then press the
RESET button to scroll through the following
modes:
• YES
• NO (default)
