I'm 6'4" and 245 lbs. I had a stroke in March and turned 60 in April. I was in the hospital for 2 months. I bought a 2011 vert 6 spd in August. I am able to get in and out with little to no trouble as long as I can get the door open all the way. Stick you butt i first, pull in legs, thats it. If I can do it 6 months after a full blown stroke anyone should be able to do it. By the way I prefer old duffer as opposed to old codger, lol.

I just turned 60 and bought my very first Vette, an 08 coupe. I've had ten back surgeries and a hip replacement, do have good knees so something will bend. I'm loving every minute in my car. As long as I exercise and stay some what flexible I'll be great. I am 6' 1" and 199 lbs

Limited space in the garage. This strap helps with the egress.
Both "codger" and "duffer" imply mental or physical impairment. "Graybeard" works for me.
