That adapter isn't produced, to my knowledge, however just about any adapter you can think of can be fairly easily machined. That said, Corvettes have significantly higher offsets than most cars, and adding a spacer thick enough to absorb the factory studs is likely going to force your CH-R's well beyond the fender unless they're a very flush faced, abnormally high offset wheel to begin with- I imagine they aren't.
What are the dimensions of the BBS's you have? Width / Offset / Diameter?
Most wheel manufacturers make their wheels with multiple bolt patterns. I had the CH's on my BMW M3 with a 5X120 bolt pattern.

Actually, now that you mention it, my neighbor and I have identical (black vice grey) 330ci E46's, and he's on those exact wheels, also 5 on 120. Totally forgot about that. And I know they can build-to-offset too.
Call them up. If they offer a high enough offset, those would look absolutely stunning on the C6.
