There is an outfit that has yards in Ut & Ca I believe just dealing with salvage title cars or salvageable cars. Try googling salvage title corvette I believe.
There was a shop next to my office in DFW that did some. He said the labor costs were reasonable as they were somewhat easy to piece back together, it was the parts that got ya.

A thought. You might be better off trying to find a high mileage car instead of a salvaged one.
An early run c6 with over 100k on the clock is going to be pretty reasonably priced. Especially if it's a driver and something that wasn't necessarily pampered. A salvaged car may cost you only slightly less, but cost more to bring up to snuff.
